Technical Specifications

DL JM® 2572 is an organic red pigment paste produced through pigment dispersion and fine grinding. Its particle size is controlled below 300 nanometers alongside exceptional storage stability, making it the preferred option for manufacturing UV inkjet printing inks and other industrial applications.

• Pigment content: 20%
• Carrier: (PO) NPGDA monomer, 80%
• Density: Approx. 1.2 g/cm³
• Viscosity: 100-500 mPa·s
• Average Particle Size (D50): ~200nm
• Maximum Particle Size: < 300 nm • VOC Content: < 1% Product Performance & Applications: • DL JM® 2572 is applied in UV inkjet inks as an auxiliary color based on Pigment Red 57:1 (P.R.57:1). • Uniform particle size distribution with excellent dispersibility and low agglomeration tendency. • Solvent-free with low VOC content. • Plasticizer-free, eco-friendly and harmless to health. • Grade 6-7 weather resistance, suitable for outdoor applications. • High tinting strength with low addition dosage, saving initiator consumption. • Recommended dosage: 8-15% of the total system weight. Packaging & Storage: • Storage Stability: When stored in a cool, ventilated and sealed environment, the product shelf life is at least 12 months. • Packaging: 5kg/drum、20kg/drum.
