DL JM® 2120 Red Color Paste for UV Inkjet

DL JM® 2120 is an organic red pigment paste produced through pigment dispersion and fine grinding. Its particle size is controlled below 250 nanometers alongside exceptional storage stability, making it the preferred option for manufacturing UV inkjet printing inks.

• Maximum Particle Size: < 250 nm • VOC Content: < 1% Product Performance & Applications: • DL JM® 2120 is designed for UV inkjet inks and matches red color specifications for European and American markets. • Uniform particle size distribution with excellent dispersibility and low agglomeration tendency. • Solvent-free with low VOC content. • Plasticizer-free, eco-friendly and harmless to health. • Grade 8 weather resistance, suitable for outdoor applications. • High tinting strength with low addition dosage, saving initiator consumption. • Recommended dosage: 10-15% of the total system weight. Packaging & Storage: • Storage Stability: When stored in a cool, ventilated and sealed environment, the product shelf life is at least 12 months. • Packaging: 20kg/drum.
