DL F40 Solventborne Acrylic Leveling Agent

F40 is an acrylic leveling agent designed for solventborne systems. It provides excellent surface leveling and substrate wetting, reduces various surface defects, and is suitable for recoating. It is 100% active and can also be used in solvent-free systems.

Key Features:
• F40 is a non-silicone leveling agent, suitable for alkyd, epoxy, baking enamel, PU, NC, etc.
• Excellent substrate wetting ability, preventing cratering, fish eyes, and orange peel.
• Improves the flow properties of the coating film, endowing it with an excellent appearance.
• Prevents the formation of pinholes in humid environments.
• Has certain defoaming properties.
• Can be used as a leveling agent for powder coatings.
• Recommended addition level: 0.5-1.0% based on the formulation, can be added at any stage.
