KB-62 Epoxy Reactive Diluent

KB-62 is a glycidyl ester-based reactive diluent that is colorless, odorless, and halogen-free. It delivers superior dilution performance and can replace traditional diluents such as 501, 692, 748, and BA.

Based on (PO)NPGDA carrier with nano-scale pigment dispersion,
it delivers excellent color strength, transparency, and stability
for UV inkjet printing and industrial coating applications.

• Ultra-low halogen content (＜50ppm), fully compliant with high-standard electronic material production and halogen-restricted product requirements
• Colorless, odorless and non-irritating, suitable for high-solid and solvent-free epoxy systems
• Excellent dilution effect: 10phr dosage reduces epoxy resin viscosity to 1/5–1/10 of the original.
• Compatible with aliphatic amine and polyether amine systems, accelerating crosslinking and shortening gel time without extending curing period
• Enhances the elasticity and overall performance of cured epoxy products
• Prevents surface oil bloom and blushing, delivering high-gloss and smooth coating finish

• Viscosity (cps, 25℃): 3.1～4.3

Applications:
• As a high-performance epoxy reactive diluent, KB-62 is widely used in epoxy potting compounds, casting materials, adhesives, insulating impregnating agents and floor coatings
