DL JY® 4820 is a color paste that uses organic yellow dispersion grinding. Its particle size is controlled below 300 nanometers alongside exceptional storage stability, making it the preferred option for manufacturing UV inkjet printing inks.

• Pigment content: 20%
• Carrier: (PO) NPGDA monomer, 80%
• Density: Approx. 1.15g/cm³
• Viscosity: 400-600 mPa·s
• Average Particle Size (D50): 100-200nm
• Maximum Particle Size: < 300 nm • VOC Content: < 1% Product Performance & Applications: • DL JY® 4820 is formulated for UV inkjet inks and featuring standard yellow shade of Pigment Yellow 180 (P.Y.180). • Uniform particle size distribution with excellent dispersibility. • Solvent-free with low VOC content. • Plasticizer-free and halogen-free. • Grade 6 weather resistance. • High tinting strength with low addition dosage, saving initiator consumption. • Recommended dosage: 5-15% of the total system weight. Packaging & Storage: • Storage Stability: When stored in a cool, ventilated and sealed environment, the product shelf life is at least 12 months. • Packaging: 20kg/drum.
