DL JM® 2122 Red Color Paste for UV Inkjet

DL JM® 2122 is an organic red pigment paste produced through pigment dispersion and fine grinding. Its particle size is controlled below 500 nanometers alongside exceptional storage stability, making it the preferred option for manufacturing UV inkjet printing inks.

• Maximum Particle Size: < 500 nm • VOC Content: < 1% Product Performance & Applications: • DL JM® 2122 is formulated for UV inkjet inks and complies with standard shade of Pigment Red 122 (P.R.122). • Uniform particle size distribution with excellent dispersibility and low agglomeration tendency. • Solvent-free with low VOC content. • Plasticizer-free, eco-friendly and harmless to health. • Grade 8 weather resistance, suitable for outdoor applications. • High tinting strength with low addition dosage, saving initiator consumption. • Recommended dosage: 10-15% of the total system weight. Packaging & Storage: • Storage Stability: When stored in a cool, ventilated and sealed environment, the product shelf life is at least 12 months. • Packaging: 20kg/drum.
