Technical Specifications

DL JC® 3435 is a pigment-based color paste made by grinding titanium cyanide blue pigment. The particle size is less than 300 nanometers. It has excellent storage stability and is recommended for use in UV printing inks and other industrial applications.

• Carrier: (PO) NPGDA monomer, 60%
• Density: Approx. 1.15 g/cm³
• Viscosity: 200-300 mPa·s
• Average Particle Size (D50): 100-200 nm
• Maximum Particle Size: < 300 nm • VOC Content: < 1% Product Performance & Applications: • DL JC® 3435 is applicable to UV inkjet inks, UV adhesives and other related products. • Uniform particle size distribution and excellent dispersibility. • Solvent-free with low VOC content. • Plasticizer-free, eco-friendly and harmless to health. • Grade 8 weather resistance, suitable for outdoor applications. • High tinting strength with low addition dosage, saving initiator consumption. • Recommended dosage: 5-12% of the total system weight. Packaging & Storage: • Storage Stability: When stored in a cool, ventilated and sealed environment, the product shelf life is at least 12 months. • Packaging: 5kg/drum, 20kg/drum.
